Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks an experienced Field Medical Director to lead regional medical affairs for solid tumors, including breast and lung. You will build scientifically credible relationships with national/regional opinion leaders and healthcare providers to support the pre‑launch and post‑launch pipeline.

The role requires oncology expertise, outstanding communication, and 60–70% travel, reporting to the Senior Regional Director, Solid Tumor – Breast and Lung, within Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD/PharmD with 5+ years clinical experience in biotech/pharma.
• NP/PA or Master’s in clinical/scientific field with 6+ years experience in biotech/pharma.
• Clinical oncology experience in solid tumors; other areas considered.
• Regional HCP relationships and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel ~60–70% and operate globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with cross‑functional teams to impact HCPs and patient outcomes.
• Establish scientifically credible peer‑to‑peer relationships with national/regional leaders.
• Coordinate partnerships with scientific/clinical experts and external orgs.
• Support major/regional congresses by engaging thought leaders.
• Provide balanced information to formulary decision makers when requested.
• Identify investigators and sites for company‑sponsored trials.
• Act as liaison for investigator sponsored research proposals and reviews.
• Assist in planning regional medical meetings and advisory boards.
• Share clinical/scientific insights with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to competitive and therapeutic area research.
