Job summary

0750 Stemline Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a (Senior) Medical Director, Clinical Development in Solid Tumors to lead global strategy and execution of Phase 1–4 studies, partnering with Clin Ops and cross-functional teams to accelerate innovative oncology therapies.

This role requires a medical degree, oncology leadership experience, and a proven track record in regulatory submissions, trial design, and scientific communication, with travel and onsite presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree with 5+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• Board certified oncologist and/or oncology training strongly preferred.
• Experience shaping clinical strategy for oncology (Phase I-III) with successful regulatory submissions.
• Breast Cancer training/experience in industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA and EMA regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Represent the clinical science line on global program teams and guide development plans.
• Lead protocol development, amendments, study guides, and training materials.
• Perform medical monitoring, safety reviews, and CRO coordination as needed.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and support regulatory submissions and briefs.
• Support site training, activation, and patient enrollment activities.
• Drive robust study conduct and high-quality data generation.
