Job summary

Servier is seeking a Medical Director in the US to provide a unified medical affairs voice across development, launch, and lifecycle management for oncology programs. You will collaborate with Senior Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure medical strategy aligns with company goals.

You will lead advisory boards, engage with KOLs and field teams, and oversee IIT/IST initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality scientific communications.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in medical strategy; 3+ years in medical affairs for Oncology products.
• Solid tumor and US experience preferred.
• Pediatric glioma experience preferred.
• Strategic mindset with proven product-launch track record.
• Ability to analyze trial and published data; experience with IITs/ISTs required.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance framework for interactions with HCPs, payers, and other partners.
• Experience formulating and executing plans to meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a Medical Plan with situational analysis, strategy, objectives, initiatives, and tactics.
• Develop training materials for Field Medical, Commercial, and other teams.
• Engage HCPs nationwide; gather real-time feedback to inform strategy.
• Plan, execute, and oversee advisory boards and expert roundtables.
• Collaborate with Medical Information to prepare standard responses.
• Review and approve all external-facing medical and promotional materials.
