Job summary

BeOne Medicines in the United States seeks an experienced Field Medical Director to lead regional medical strategy for solid tumors (Breast & Lung). This individual contributor role partners with clinical development, medical affairs, and cross-functional teams to build credible physician relationships and support pipeline initiatives.

The role requires 60–70% travel across assigned territories, strong communication, and the ability to translate scientific data into medical impact.

Qualifications

MD, PharmD, PhD or DO with ≥5 years’ clinical experience in biotech/pharma.
NP, PA or Master’s in clinical/scientific field with ≥6 years’ experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnering.
Willingness to travel about 60–70%.

Responsibilities

Develop regional strategies to support relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
Coordinate external collaborations and research with clinicians and academicians.
Support pre-launch and post-launch medical affairs activities for solid tumor assets.
Identify investigators and sites for company-sponsored trials.
Assist in advisory boards, investigator meetings, and regional medical meetings.
Provide internal medical information and insights to stakeholders.
