Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Field Medical Director to lead regional medical strategies and collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and healthcare providers across the Solid Tumor portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams to advance pre‑launch and post‑launch medical affairs activities in Breast and Lung cancers.

You will build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, coordinate external collaborations, and support clinical trials, safety, and translational research

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/DO/PharmD with clinical experience in oncology
• NP/PA or Master’s with 6+ years in biotech/pharma environments
• Experience building relationships with regional/national oncology leaders
• Ability to travel 60–70% and work across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop regional medical strategies to support BeOne Medicines pipeline
• Establish and maintain relationships with national and regional opinion leaders
• Support external collaborations and investigator-sponsored research initiatives
• Contribute to regional medical meetings and payer/ formulary discussions
