Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Field Medical Director to lead regional medical strategy across solid tumors, focusing on breast and lung cancers. Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or DO with minimum 5 years of clinical experience in biotech/pharma context
• NP/PA with Master’s and minimum 6 years of clinical experience in biotech/pharma context
• Strong communication, collaboration and cross-functional teamwork across departments

Responsibilities

• Develop regional medical strategies to support pipeline development (pre- and post-launch)
• Establish credible relationships with national/regional opinion leaders and healthcare providers
• Coordinate external collaborations and investigator-sponsored research proposals
• Support major/congress activities with thought leaders and educational initiatives
• Provide compliant medical information to internal stakeholders and formulary committees
• Travel 60–70% to cover territory and engage with external partners
