You will act as the central coordinator among injured workers, medical providers, employers, and insurers to ensure timely, transparent, and effective care management.

This role is ideal for licensed nurses or certified rehabilitation counselors.

Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC license with an associated college degree.
• Prior workers' compensation case management is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurers, and injured workers.
• Attend appointments at workplaces or other sites as needed.
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans.
• Provide consistent communication and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal teams.
