Job summary

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or Certified Rehabilitation Counselors; workers' compensation experience is preferred.

The role involves traveling to appointments, visiting worksites, and documenting progress toward recovery and return-to-work goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC license with associated degree is required.
• CCM, CIRS or other case management credentials preferred.
• Must meet state licensure and certification requirements.
• Prior workers' compensation case management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care among medical providers, employers, and insurers.
• Attend appointments with injured workers and may visit worksites.
• Develop, document, and monitor recovery goals and return‑to‑work plans.
• Provide consistent progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure case management meets customer and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teams.
