Grundfos seeks a hands-on Field Media Service Technician to install, commission, and service media systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document findings while training customers on proper operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on field service experience in pumps or industrial media systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and startup of Grundfos media equipment and pump systems at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to restore equipment to optimal performance.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to Grundfos service protocols and manufacturer specifications.
• Document all service activities, parts usage, and technical findings in field service systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on operation and maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify upgrade opportunities and service agreements.
