Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of Mechanical Engineering Experience demonstrating project ownership.
• 2+ years experience in management of construction, manufacturing, or integration processes.
• Experience with CAD software and leading complex assembly teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver on objectives for the SPARC Assembly process.
• Define workflows and optimize internal standards for team efficiency.
• Oversee scoping life cycle from definition to tool implementation.
• Establish best practices for mechanical assembly and hiring.
