Job summary

The role emphasizes building skills, operating across makes/models, and contributing to a reliable job site with a team. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems with troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment (Aerial Work Platforms, pumps, HVAC, generators).
• Adhere to safety protocols and use provided tools for repair work.
