Sunbelt Rentals in the United States is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC and generators. You’ll work with a safety-focused team and have opportunities to build skills across makes, models, and equipment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy equipment, hydraulic and electrical system knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems; ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment.
