Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Field Marketing Talent Coordinator to support District Managers and the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team through onboarding and training. You will help ensure onboarding docs and virtual training are completed accurately and on time.

In this role, you will coordinate candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, manage paperwork, and maintain accurate records in Trinity Solar’s applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, outreach, field marketing, or HR support experience preferred.
• Previous experience in high-volume appointment setting and/or recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers with staffing and onboarding coordination needs.
• Track candidate pipelines through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Manage onboarding paperwork and scheduling requirements.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation within Trinity Solar’s applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screens as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Field Marketing teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.

Job Summary

The Field Marketing Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the District Managers and Corporate Talent Acquisition Team throughout the candidate onboarding and training process. This position assists candidates who have accepted verbal offers by helping ensure all onboarding documentation and virtual corporate training requirements are completed accurately and timely.

• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
