Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Field Marketing Talent Coordinator in New Jersey to support District Managers and the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team during onboarding and training. You will help ensure all onboarding docs and virtual training requirements are completed accurately and timely.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, field marketing, outreach, or HR support and excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, outreach, field marketing, or HR support experience.
• Experience with high-volume appointment setting and recruiting preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers with staffing and onboarding coordination needs.
• Track candidate pipelines through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Manage onboarding paperwork and scheduling requirements.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation within Trinity Solar’s applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screens as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Field Marketing teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist hiring managers with staffing and onboarding coordination needs.

• 1–3 years of recruiting, outreach, field marketing, or human resources support experience preferred.
• Previous experience in high-volume appointment setting and/or recruiting preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
