We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Installation Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will be the critical link between customers, crews, and third-party inspectors-ensuring that every installation is scheduled, documented, and completed smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review the installation pipeline to schedule site work efficiently with customers, internal teams, and inspectors.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused manner.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
• Previous customer service or scheduling experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

$20-$23/hr
