Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Field Marketing Talent Coordinator to assist the District Managers and Corporate Talent Acquisition Team with onboarding and training. You will support candidates who accepted verbal offers, ensuring onboarding documents and virtual training are completed accurately and timely.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with experience in recruiting, field marketing, or HR support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, outreach, field marketing, or HR support.
• Experience in high-volume appointment setting and/or recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers with staffing and onboarding coordination needs.
• Track candidate pipelines through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Manage onboarding paperwork and scheduling requirements.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation within Trinity Solar’s ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screens as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Field Marketing teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Field Marketing Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the District Managers and Corporate Talent Acquisition Team throughout the candidate onboarding and training process. This position assists candidates who have accepted verbal offers by helping ensure all onboarding documentation and virtual corporate training requirements are completed accurately and timely .

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruiting, field marketing, outreach, or human resources support and possess strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist hiring managers with staffing and onboarding coordination needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, outreach, field marketing, or human resources support experience preferred.
• Previous experience in high-volume appointment setting and/or recruiting preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
