Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is looking for an Events & Retail Supervisor to lead a high-performing marketing team. The role involves training and motivating the team to generate leads at retail locations and events while ensuring smooth operations. Candidates should have marketing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event-based lead generation.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to maximize lead generation.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members.
• Maintain relationships with store owners and event coordinators.
• Ensure marketing materials and supplies are stocked.
• Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to optimize performance.
