As an Events & Retail Field Marketing Manager, you'll lead one of the most visible marketing teams, recruiting, training, and coaching 10–15 Brand Ambassadors who engage homeowners at major events, festivals, retail locations, and community activations.

Formación

• 2–3 years of events management, retail management, canvassing management, sales management, or marketing management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically with strong project management and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytic abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of 10–15 Brand Ambassadors.
• Payroll, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with management/direct marketing leads.
• In-field and in-office training, coaching, and performance development.
• Scheduling weekly/bi-weekly team meetings and maintaining company image.
• Generating leads and setting appointments at events, retail locations, and canvassing.
• Collaboration with event coordinators and retail store managers.
