Andersen Corporation is seeking a Supervisor I Event & Retail Marketing to support non-media lead generation and local awareness through events, showrooms, partnerships, and community outreach in MD and VA. Weekend work is required, with travel across the MD/VA service area.

The role involves in-field coaching, recruiting, classroom training, and managing event logistics and sponsorships to maximize value. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
• Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• In-field coaching, training, and in booth work.
• Recruiting and interviewing.
• Classroom training; teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, processes and procedures.
• Manage department calendar; negotiate with sponsors and vendors for best value.
• Collaborate with Renewal to drive results; communicate results and strategy with management.
