Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Events & Retail Field Marketing Supervisor to lead a field marketing team across retail locations, trade shows, and community events. You will coach, develop, and drive performance through hands-on leadership and in-home consultation appointments when required.

Formación

• Required: 1–3 years of experience managing or supervising a sales/marketing/customer-facing team.
• Preferred: experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or performance-driven environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.
