Our Events & Retail team plays a key role in generating new business by connecting with homeowners at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. As a Team Lead, you'll lead from the front - developing your team, providing hands-on coaching, and helping drive performance through meaningful customer interactions and qualified in-home consultation appointments.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop your team: Coach, motivate, and support team members to strengthen performance and achieve individual and team goals.

Drive results: Monitor performance metrics, reinforce best practices, and help the team meet and exceed lead-generation goals.

Lead from the front: Work alongside your team at retail locations, trade shows, and community events to model effective customer engagement and lead-generation techniques.

Provide real-time coaching: Deliver constructive feedback, recognize wins, and help team members improve through hands-on development.

Support field operations: Travel throughout the territory to assist with events, team needs, and business priorities.

Manage performance and execution: Communicate expectations, track results, and help ensure events are staffed and executed effectively.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

Required: 1-3 years of experience managing or supervising a sales, marketing, or customer-facing team.

Preferred: Experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or a performance-driven environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate others and provide constructive feedback.

A results-oriented mindset with the ability to set expectations, evaluate performance, and drive accountability.

Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Retail, event marketing, or field marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory to support team members and events.

Schedule flexibility, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.

Ability to attend three weeks of training at our Plymouth, Indiana office, followed by consistent weekly travel to the office one day per week, with additional visits as needed.

Total earning potential: $45,000-55,000+ annually, including base pay, bonuses, and commission.
