Chervon North America is seeking an Entry-level Field Marketing Representative in Fort Collins, CO to manage and train retail partners, drive brand awareness, and execute demonstrations. You will build relationships, merchandise effectively, and analyze sales to recommend strategies, with travel up to 30% and some overnight stays.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business.
• Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Able to lift heavy tools over 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Execute sales and service to retail partners and educate on Chervon products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products in retail environments.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales in stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and suggest strategy improvements.
• Lead in-store product training with retail staff.
• Create and run in-store product demonstrations and store walks.
