Job summary

BrickRed Systems LLC is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive B2B enterprise software marketing programs and events. You will collaborate with Field Marketing Managers and the Director of AMER Field Marketing to deliver impactful programs, webinars, workshops and large-scale events.

The role requires 2+ years in field marketing, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and marketing tools. Travel for events is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing or event marketing experience in a B2B enterprise software or technology company.
• Experience supporting marketing events and field marketing programs.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including managing complex spreadsheets.
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel for events when required.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of field marketing programs and events, including webinars and large-scale in-person events.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing activities and sales communications.
• Assist with developing and maintaining sales enablement materials.
• Support procurement, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
• Maintain program documentation, processes, and deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.
• Collaborate with sales teams, field marketing managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to key business partners.
• Support event logistics and travel-related activities as required.
