Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive marketing programs for two high-growth industry verticals. You will report to the Director, AMER Field Marketing and work with two Field Marketing Managers to execute events and webinars across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B event marketing experience, proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and CRM/automation tools, and willingness to travel for events nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and Mac.
• Experience with customer service to essential business partners.
• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience is a plus.
• Travel is required for events.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing activities across both segments, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships.
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials, pre- and post-event as well as our regular sales comms cadences.
• Streamlining of procurement management and budget tracking.
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company
• Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
• Exceptional customer service to essential business partners
• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience a plus
• Travel required for events (when appropriate)
