Databricks is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support marketing programs across two industry verticals and partner closely with two Field Marketing Managers. This role requires travel and will focus on end-to-end event execution, webinars, workshops, and executive events.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of marketing event experience in B2B enterprise software, strong customer service, and familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, Marketo, and other marketing tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), and Mac.
• Strong customer service and partner relationship skills.
• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing activities across two segments, including webinars, workshops, and large events.
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials and regular sales communications.
• Streamlining procurement management and budget tracking.
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.
