Job summary

BrickRed Systems LLC is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive B2B enterprise software marketing programs and events. You will collaborate with Field Marketing Managers and the Director of AMER Field Marketing to deliver impactful programs, webinars, workshops and large-scale events.

The role requires 2+ years in field marketing, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and marketing tools. Travel for events is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing or event marketing experience in a B2B enterprise software or technology company.
• Experience supporting marketing events and field marketing programs.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including managing complex spreadsheets.
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel for events when required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing programs across high-growth industry segments for a leading enterprise technology company.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, event marketing, program coordination, stakeholder management, and marketing operations.

This role will work closely with Field Marketing Managers and the Director of AMER Field Marketing to execute impactful marketing programs and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of field marketing programs and events, including webinars, workshops, executive events, large-scale in-person events, and third-party sponsorships.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing activities and sales communications.
• Assist with developing and maintaining sales enablement materials.
