BrickRed Systems is seeking an organized Field Marketing Specialist to support two Industry Field Marketing teams across the U.S. The role focuses on execution, coordination, and operational management of marketing programs across multiple industry segments.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and support programs from planning through execution with strong operational skills, project coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, event marketing, field marketing, program coordination, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and operational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and programs simultaneously.
• Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Willingness and ability to travel for events when required.
• Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of field marketing programs across multiple industry segments.
• Coordinate marketing activities including webinars, workshops, and third-party sponsorships.
• Work closely with Industry Field Marketers and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate program execution.
• Manage multiple marketing programs, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support the development and maintenance of sales enablement materials.
• Assist with pre-event and post-event activities, reporting, and follow-up.
• Support regular sales communication cadences and internal marketing communications.
• Assist with procurement management and budget tracking.
• Maintain accurate program trackers, documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Document program processes and deliverables to ensure scalability and repeatability.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure programs are executed efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide strong customer service and operational support to key business partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows.
