Job summary

Chervon North America is seeking an Entry Level Field Marketing Representative to manage and train retail partners in the Portland, OR area. You will execute in-store demonstrations, build displays, and drive brand awareness through consultative selling.

The role requires lifting heavy tools up to 50 lbs, occasional evenings and weekends, and travel up to 30% including international travel. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of pending graduation or holding a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of lifting heavy tools over 50 lbs and traveling as needed.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products and the industry.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales while providing recommendations to drive sales.
