Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and grow our retail partnerships in the Alaska territory. You will train store staff, demonstrate products, and drive sales through in-store events and merchandising.

This role requires travel, some nights/weekends, and the ability to lift heavy tools. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred. You will build relationships with partners and consumers, monitor sales trends, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.
• Capable of standing for long periods and demonstrating tools.
• Capable of lifting over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; travel will be required; some international travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products and the industry.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales while providing and executing recommendations on strategies to help drive sales at assigned stores.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute creative demonstration events and specific store walks to help drive sales in the retail environment
