Job summary

Chervon North America is seeking an Entry-level Field Marketing Representative in Anchorage, AK. The role focuses on daily management, training, merchandising, and execution of strategic retail partners to grow sales and brand awareness.

You will develop relationships within the retail environment, conduct product demonstrations, and train store staff while working to meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business required or pending graduation.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across retail environments.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales at partner locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and recommend strategies to boost in-store performance.
• Lead in-store product training and run demonstrations and store walks.
