Erie Home is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead a 7–12 rep team in door-to-door outreach, driving lead generation and appointment setting with homeowners.

You'll recruit, train, and manage the team, creating a positive, high-energy environment to achieve growth. This full-time role offers strong earnings and comprehensive benefits, with yearly compensation potential from $75,000 to $125,000+ based on performance.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and self-motivated with a passion for helping homeowners.
• Strong communication and ability to manage a 7–12 person team.
• Minimum 1 year of canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring team members is highly valued.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability, including middays, evenings, weekends.
• Full-time commitment; up to 50 hours per week when necessary.
