Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in canvassing or door-to-door outreach.
• Experience recruiting and hiring team members is valued.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a 7–12 person team.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to recruit, train, and manage a team of 7–12 reps.
• Drive lead generation and schedule appointments with homeowners.
