Qualifications

• Outgoing and self-motivated with a passion for helping homeowners.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring team members is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability including midday, evenings, weekends.
• Full-time commitment, with the ability to work up to 50 hours per week when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, training, and managing a team of 7–12 reps for door-to-door outreach.
• Drive lead generation and ensure appointments are scheduled with qualified homeowners.
• Transport the team to designated neighborhoods and create a positive, high-energy environment.
