Erie Home is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build, coach, and lead a team of 7–12 door-to-door field marketers, driving lead generation and scheduling appointments for our home improvement solutions. This hands-on leader motivates teams to hit targets and grows market presence with a strong performance culture.

Compensation includes a base salary around $52,000 per year plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, and growth opportunities at America’s fastest-growing home

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training a field marketing or canvassing team.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and manage 7–12 reps.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and tech-savvy.
