Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a Field Marketing Manager in Chattanooga to lead a 7–12 person field-marketing team focused on door-to-door outreach and lead generation. You’ll recruit, train, and coach reps, drive appointment-setting with homeowners, and manage logistics for neighborhood campaigns.

Responsibilities include creating a high-energy environment, meeting performance targets, and contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and self-motivated, with a passion for helping homeowners.
• Strong communicator capable of managing a team of 7–12 reps.
• Minimum 1 year of canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring team members.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy using iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability—midday, evenings, weekends.
• Full-time commitment, up to 50 hours per week when necessary.

Responsibilities
