Erie Home in Loveland, CO is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead a team of door-to-door marketers. You will coach reps, drive lead generation, and schedule qualified home visits as part of our growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and hiring team members is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability, midday, evenings, weekends.
• Full-time commitment, up to 50 hours per week when necessary.

• Weekly Pay: Earn a base salary of $1,000/week, plus monthly performance bonuses
