Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a team of 7–12 reps.
• 1 year in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or outreach.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience recruiting and hiring team members is valued.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability: midday, evenings, weekends.
• Full-time commitment; up to 50 hours per week when needed.
