Erie Home is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build, coach, and lead a team of 7–12 door-to-door reps focused on lead generation and scheduling appointments with homeowners. You will drive performance and cultivate a positive, energetic field environment to achieve growth.

The role offers a base salary of $1,000/week plus monthly bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $75,000 to $125,000+ annually, plus a full benefits package and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Outgoing and self-motivated with a passion for helping homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPads and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example—recruiting, training, and managing a team of 7–12 reps.
• Drive lead generation and ensure appointments with qualified homeowners.
