Notion is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute field events that drive pipeline across AMER sales. You’ll partner with demand generation and sales to ideate and run in-person events with Notion-hosted, partner, and co-sponsored formats.

This role emphasizes measurement, budget management, and audience targeting. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure events align with strategic goals, and you’ll leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and results.

• 4–5+ years of related marketing experience.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, ops, and creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of field programs for the AMER Sales team.
• Deliver Notion-hosted, third-party, co-sponsored, and partner-activated events.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, venue sourcing, and campaigns.
• Generate insights to optimize field events and ROI.
• Partner with Sales and broader Marketing to align events with account objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations and BizTech to optimize go-to-market systems.
