Asana, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own the North America field marketing programs, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and align marketing with sales to drive pipeline growth.

You will partner with regional sales leaders, SDRs, and cross-functional teams to execute events, ABM programs, and scalable best practices while tracking performance and ROI. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible work options.

Formación

• 6+ years of field marketing experience, ideally for enterprise B2B/SaaS audiences.
• Deep event planning and management knowledge with a proven track record of executing multifaceted events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the field marketing program for North America, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, and reporting.
• Partner with revenue leaders, field sales reps, and SDRs on pre- and post-show strategies to engage target audiences and maximize pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with internal partners on ABM, Brand, Community, and Customer Advocacy events.
• Establish and refine repeatable processes and templates for regional field marketing activities.
• Own the tracking and reporting of program results and ROI.
