Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline.
• Experience with large-scale tradeshows/conferences.
• Experience with customer marketing programs (newsletters, webinars, advisory boards).
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven with ROI mindset.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional field marketing programs and events.
• End-to-end event logistics, contracts, vendors, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead presence at major national industry events (Black Hat, RSA, AWS re:Invent, etc.).
• Plan channel events and support partner enablement.
• Manage customer marketing programs (newsletters, webinars, CAB).
• Own webinar program end-to-end: demos, thought leadership, case studies.
• Plan internal events (SKO, holidays, team gatherings).
• Collaborate with digital/content/product marketing on integrated campaigns; manage budget and reporting.
