Your Work Matters

Bring marketing to life—right where it matters most.

As our Field Marketing Manager at Floor & Decor, you’ll be the connective tissue between our stores and the broader marketing team. From managing relationships with field leaders to identifying hyperlocal marketing needs, you’ll shape how we show up in each community we serve. With a sharp eye on performance, customer behavior, and real estate data, you’ll champion the voice of the field and help activate marketing plans that drive real business results.

Your Days Will Consist Of

  • Partnering with store managers and field leadership—representing the entire marketing department at the local level
  • Monitoring performance across stores, markets, and regions, and translating insights into actionable, localized marketing plans
  • Championing local needs within the marketing team by building strong briefs, uncovering nuanced opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally to launch activations
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts across media, content, email, design, and CRM to execute marketing strategies tailored to each store’s success
  • Leading, planning, and executing grand opening strategies and post-launch growth campaigns to support new store success
  • Managing local budgets, plan media placements (from out-of-home to community events), and tracking performance to optimize impact

You’ll Be Successful With

  • 3–5+ years of field marketing experience in a high-growth retail environment and a strong ability to manage relationships across all levels
  • Strong communication skills—able to uncover what field teams really need and translate it into meaningful, results-driven action
  • A high level of organization, with a passion for juggling multiple workstreams and adapting quickly to shifting business priorities
  • Data-savvy and strategic thinking, backing up your recommendations with insight and clarity
  • Knowing your way around local media, sponsorships, community activations, and omnichannel campaigns
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where impact and execution matter

Working Conditions (travel & environment)

  • Occasional travel required including air and car travel.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

  • Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
