This role is hands-on: managing field events, canvassing, partnerships with local businesses, and tracking performance to maximize ROI. You’ll train, motivate, and deploy staff to high-opportunity neighborhoods, evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, or outside sales.
• Experience managing and coaching a performance-driven team.
• Track record turning conversations into appointments, leads, or sales opportunities.
• Willingness to lead from the front—evenings and weekends when opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate Event Marketers responsible for engaging homeowners and booking qualified appointments.
• Attend events to observe performance, provide real-time coaching, and demonstrate best practices.
• Plan, organize, and execute community events, sponsorships, festivals, expos, and activations.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and partners to expand reach.
• Track KPIs: leads generated, appointments booked, conversions, and ROI.
• Deploy Event Marketers based on opportunity, geography, and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, and Marketing to convert opportunities.
