Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive neighborhood canvassing and direct-to-door outreach. You will educate homeowners about our services, identify needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

The role emphasizes customer-focused conversations, independent work, and meeting aggressive activity targets. Outdoor field work with travel across the local territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, field marketing, canvassing, or sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neighborhood canvassing and direct-to-door marketing within assigned territories.
• Engage homeowners in professional conversations about Groundworks' services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Document customer interactions and appointments using company systems and mobile applications.
• Meet or exceed goals for quoted opportunities and performance metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of Groundworks' products and value proposition.
• Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Represent the Groundworks brand professionally at all times.
• Comply with policies, safety procedures, and labor laws.
• Travel throughout the territory as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
