You will be evaluated on people development, field performance, and consistent results, with travel across the Greater Arkansas region as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in field marketing, sales, or lead generation.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
