Job summary

Renewal by Andersen | The Birner Group is seeking an organized Community Events Manager to support our non-traditional marketing team. This role centers on coordinating community events, handling logistics, scheduling Brand Ambassadors, and providing field support to ensure memorable customer experiences across our territory.

You will prepare for events, collaborate with the marketing manager, and help identify ways to improve event execution and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, field marketing programs, promotions, or related activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating schedules, logistics, or field operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate community events, trade shows, festivals, and other marketing opportunities.
• Manage logistics to ensure successful event execution.
• Coordinate event scheduling and staffing activities.
• Support field staff before, during, and after events and ensure high-quality execution.
