Renewal by Andersen of Kansas City is seeking an Events & Retail Field Marketing Manager to lead a 10-15 person Brand Ambassador team across major events, festivals, and retail locations. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive performance, and execute high-energy marketing campaigns to support business growth.

You’ll work with event coordinators and store managers to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ensure the company image remains exceptional at every touchpoint.

Formación

• 2-3 years of events management, retail management, canvassing management, sales management, or marketing management.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of 10-15 Brand Ambassadors.
• Track payroll and KPIs; liaise with management and marketing leaders.
• Provide in-field and in-office training and coaching.
• Meet or exceed performance, budgeting, and lead-generation targets.
