Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to lead our event marketing teams. You will recruit, coach, and develop teams while supporting training, event planning, and field operations across multiple locations.

You will drive growth by analyzing performance data, leading new hire programs, and coordinating event logistics. This role requires strong leadership, Excel proficiency, and willingness to travel.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

• Must be able to travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Research new events and other business avenues to help department growth.
• Pull and analyze data from key performance reports.
• Manage team to meet key performance metrics.
• Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.
• Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates.
• Create weekly and monthly plans which include performance goals.
• Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support.
• Set up and breakdown events and home shows, when necessary.
