Job summary

PepsiCo Foods is seeking a Field Marketing professional to drive local growth in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The role operates 100% in Puerto Rico, collaborating with local and regional teams to strengthen market leadership and consumer connections.

You will execute brand initiatives, align activities with insights and objectives, and work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and DX. Coordinate with agencies at local and international levels to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Project management skills desirable.
• Critical skills: creative, flexible, influential, team-oriented.
• Conversational English

Responsibilities

• Execute Field Marketing agenda for PepsiCo Foods brands in PR & USVI.
• Implement brand initiatives aligned with local insights and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Logistics, and DX teams.
• Coordinate and manage BTL, creative, and media agencies locally and internationally.
