Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive state-level activation and market growth. You will develop and execute strategies, optimize A&P investment, and partner with Sales, Distributors, Brand, and Commercial teams.

You’ll translate national programs to the local market, lead large-scale events, and own budget planning and ROI assessments, enabling local market wins with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience in beverage/alcohol or brand roles.
• Proven ability to develop local activation strategies and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead state-level marketing strategy, annual planning, and activation across designated markets.
• Translate national programs to local market context, guiding execution & budget alignment.
• Develop playbooks for local activities, events, and sponsorships with clear ROI expectations.
• Own market A&P budget management and post-program ROI evaluations.
